    Is my footage secure?

    Safari AI provides end-to-end encryption for all the data it processes with the highest feasible encryption standards in the industry. Further, your video is processed on your premises, while only the metadata is sent to our cloud. We purge the video at the same time it’s processed, so we don’t store footage. Further, Safari AI is SOC 2-certified and annually audited as a result of our deployments with a number of Fortune 500 companies.

    What does deployment & activation look like?

    Safari AI connects to your video with a small plug-and-play microcomputer that connects on-premise – hardwired or wirelessly – to the same Internet router your cameras are on. Due to their reliability we are increasingly relying on wireless cameras connected to your commercial Wi Fi, making cabling and trenching unnecessary.

    What if we need to add new cameras?

    Safari AI provides a “White Glove” service that project manages end-to-end camera procurement, installation and connectivity using a network of licensed and insured contractors throughout the world.

    Which cameras are compatible?

    We can integrate with almost any off-the-shelf network IP camera with Real Time Streaming Protocol (“RTSP”), preferably with ONVIF compatibility. That represents about 99% of the IP cameras on the market.

    How do we know the data you report is accurate?

    Safari AI trains its AI specifically for your site to ensure measurements are calibrated to your application. Every deployment is supported by QA reports composed from ground truth collection.
